Having a profound business acumen and over thirty years of experience in commodity markets, Hynek overseas the development of ARMEX GROUP worldwide and leads the team of ARM EX TRADING DMCC.
Hynek has significant experience in the management and ownership of more than thirty companies with thousands of employees, operating in various business segments around Europe.
Hynek is actively involved in supporting youth and disabled children via multiple endowment funds. He was awarded the prestigious EY Businessman of the Year in 2016.
Dr Filip Celadnik
Board Director, General Counsel
Filip blends corporate management, a strong legal background and extensive international business experience to ARM EX TRADING DMCC. Filip leads the negotiations and development of relations with contractors and governments across the world.
Being a qualified lawyer in multiple jurisdictions and having considerable professional, educational and personal experience from living in the UK, EU, USA, Australia and Africa, Filip is in a unique position to conduct business and lead the execution of the deals on all five continents.
Over the last ten years, Filip has also developed a successful law practise in London and advised several commercial and corporate clients across various industries within the energy sector, waste management and construction, the exploration and mining of nature resources, information technology and many others.
Dominik Sagan
Board Director, Commercial and Business Development
Dominik is responsible for the business development and commercial activities at ARM EX TRADING DMCC.
Since 2014, Dominik has played important roles in the operations, project management, and offtake negotiations of the B2B sector within the Solution Hubs of ARMEX ENERGY and ARMEX Oil.
Dominik graduated from the faculty of Business at the University of New York.
Ing. Barbora Velickova
Sales & Marketing Director – Europe
Mining, international trade, strategic management, leadership, and marketing characterize Barbora‘s skills and practice. Barbora graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology of VSB Technical University in Ostrava.
Mining and Geology studies set foundation for a wide knowledge of scientific disciplines in design of underground mines, exploration of mineral deposits, design of mining technologies, mine equipment and mining infrastructure.
In the last more than 10 years, Barbora has been involved in international trade in the mining industry globally. Leading her international team, Barbora processed multiple acquisitions and optimized operations for numerous customers.
As a mining engineer, Barbora seeks diverse workplace, enjoys cooperation with broad spectrum of nationalities and value possibility to work in different geographical conditions.
